MOBILE or DSLR

Composition is the backbone of visual storytelling; it’s about creating an experience that resonates emotionally and intellectually with the viewer and is not determined by the cost of your device.
While DSLRs have their place in professional photography, mobile phones offer a unique combination of portability, ease of use, affordability, and innovation that makes them better for the vast majority of users.
I understand that Larger sensors provide better resolution and dynamic range but Mobile phone photography offers Portability and Spontaneity to a point where it can rival traditional DSLR photography in many aspects, making it an excellent choice for many users.
Have a look at this explanation of how many pixels you really need.
A professional photographer will not feel threatened by the mobile phone but perhaps by good composition.
